Aged 4 - 8 months, Julianna is buttery and smooth like Capriole’s Old Kentucky Tomme, but nuttier and firmer like a Tomme du Savoie. In her latest incarnation, Julianna’s mushroomy rind is punctuated by Herbes de Provence, calendula petals, and safflower petals. She boasts a beguilingly feminine appearance and an aromatic finish on the palate. Each wheel is approximately 1-pound. A case includes two wheels.
Ordering and Shipping Policy:
We require a 10-day lead time for gift collection orders. Gift collections are packaged individually, so that cheeses remain chilled and secure. This means each collection requires its own shipping charge. We offer flat-rate shipping to all domestic orders; we are unable to ship internationally at this time. Packaging may vary. To keep your cheese looking and tasting its best, please unbox and refrigerate your collection upon arrival. Enjoy ripened and sliced aged cheeses within one to two weeks of receipt. Thank you!
