Sofia is sweet and dense, representing everything you’ve ever wanted from a ripened goat cheese. The result of our love affair with Loire Valley cheeses, she has a light, delicate paté which becomes richer and creamier for 5-7 weeks post production. Our most popular ripened cheese, Sofia sweeps the competition. Most recently, Capriole took home a 2020 Good Food Award for Sofia!
At 1 lb., Sofia ripens so beautifully in all its stages—from tart and silky to mellow, velvety, and runny. One case includes 3 Sofias.
Ordering and Shipping Policy:
Please allow up to 10 days for your order to be processed. Depending on location, product may need to be shipped on a Monday or Tuesday to ensure it gets delivered in the same week. Refrigerate cheese immediately upon arrival. 2-tier flat-rate shipping to all domestic orders; we are unable to ship internationally at this time. Packaging may vary.
