We were featured in The Cheese Professor’s latest article, Capriole Goat Cheese Now & Then! Stacy Brooks interviewed Judy (our founder) and Sam (general manager) about how far Capriole has come over the last few decades. This article touches on our origins, evolution, and the next generation of Capriole.
