Capriole cheeses have a 7-10 day preorder time before shipping.  Most of our cheeses are not "stock" items and many are fragile and handcrafted for orders.  We do not necessarily have your cheese on hand at the time of your purchase but your order will be shipped within the 7-day period.  Our pricing is based on FedEx 2nd Day Air shipping costs and the packaging required to get it to your order to you in good condition.  If you are located in the immediate area (within 100 miles of Louisville KY) call us to discuss ground shipping. We do not ship internationally.
