Before you place your order and make payment via the website, call us with any questions, special instructions, messages, etc.
The cheeses made at Capriole are produced per shipment requiring a 7-10 day pre-order time. Shipping methods vary from customer to customer, but standard practice of shipping is FedEx 2nd Day. Keep in mind that when major holidays fall at the beginning of the week as they did over Xmas and New Years 2013, your order may have to ship later via FedEx. Orders are normally shipped Monday and Tuesday, or Wednesday and Thursday by special request.
If you live within our FedEx 2 day ground delivery area, place your order by phone at 812.923.9408 so that you are not charged unnecessary shipping expense. This zone now extends to the tip of Florida, north to Maine and west to eastern North Dakota, Kansas, & Texas.

We are now accepting payments online & and yes, pricing includes shipping costs.
- Please make sure that the address is entered correctly. Address correction fees will be added to your account after the shipment is delivered, and an incorrect address can delay or even prevent the delivery.
- Sorry, we are unable to ship to P.O Boxes or Internationally.
- Most shipments require a 7-10 day lead time!!

Retailers, chefs, and distributors may be pleased to know that we're also able to ship our product through Southwest Air Cargo. The cheeses are kept refrigerated, arrive the next day, and are generally more economical when the shipment exceeds 74 lbs. We will also be happy to discuss other shipping options.
